The interns receive a monthly scholarship that is financed from the funds of the Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development (BMZ), from which participants will be able to cover daily living expenses. The participating German companies provide both the required management capacities as well as the internship vacancies. Furthermore, the companies cover the cost of accommodation for interns (in case of graduates or internships longer than 3 months pay a minimum German wage including health insurance). Your travel expenses and costs of preparation events will be financed by the Programme.
Prior to the internship, there is a networking meeting with alumni and new scholarship holders in Kyiv. During this period there is also a visa application process that is arranged in form of group appointments in cooperation with the German Embassy Kyiv.
In the last week of January or February, shortly before the beginning of the internship, there will be a common introductory programme held in Germany with the aim of bringing together the interns and the relevant stakeholders, thus preparing them for their internship in Germany.
