2nd step: Interview

Interviews will only be conducted in the beginning of August 2020 in Kyiv, Kharkiv, Lviv and Odesa. More details will follow soon. You will need to specify in your application one of these cities where you would like to attend the interview. It will not be possible to get any alternative appointment or interview via skype or telephone on this stage.

By July 15th all applicants will either receive an invitation to an interview or a rejection.

Candidates invited to the interview should bring the following documents along:

  • For students: transcript of records for examinations passed (as a certified translation by your university).
  • For graduates: final degree/diploma (original document for inspection only) and transcript of records (as a certified translation).

The certified translations should be in German or English.

The selection committee generally consists of the project coordinators. In some cases representatives of our partners also take part in it. The interview lasts about 15 minutes and is being conducted either in German or English depending on the language skills of the applicant.

Unfortunately, we cannot cover travel expenses to the interviews.
